Best guarantees competitive pricing on everything we sell. If within 30 days of purchase, you find a lower price on an "advertised special" or bonafide quotation on the identical brand and model, we will gladly match that price.

Our price guarantee does not apply to closeouts, liquidation's, clearance items, advertising errors or misprints, rebates, coupons, limited or minimum quantity or limited time offers.

Return Policy

If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return it for a replacement or a refund. Regular order and in-stock items will be accepted without a restocking fee. We only ask that you return the item in the same condition as when you purchased it. If product is to be returned it has to be in original packaging.

Special Order Items, as a policy, requires full payment and cannot be cancelled or returned and are non-refundable.

In order for us to serve you better, it is important for us to know when you require your special order. If you provide us with the most accurate information, and keep us updated with the status of your new home or renovation, we can make the appropriate changes so that your order is ready when you require it.

Delivery Charges

Delivery charges apply: $60.00 within Edmonton and $120.00 to surrounding areas.
