Series LF709 lead-free double check valve assembly backflow preventers are designed to prevent the reverse flow of polluted water from entering into the potable water supply. They have a modular check design for easy maintenance and a coated cast iron body using ArmorTek™ coating technology for advanced corrosion-resistance. The coating on this backflow assembly uses ArmorTek™ technology to resist corrosion due to microbial induced corrosion (MIC) or exposed metal substrate.
